This completely depleted my energy levels and any activity which required much walking was virtually impossible, my quality of life quickly vanished and I was virtually house-bound within a matter of weeks. Then this Summer I read an article in You magazine about a new honey product which was being used by people receiving chemotherapy. So I decided to try it, and within a week I felt like a different person! – the real turning point for me was being able to go to the shops unaccompanied for the first time in months; I was amazed to find myself browsing round John Lewis with a long list of things I needed without feeling exhausted.
